Stay Away From Adultery

My son, listen to me and do everything I say.  Stay away from a bad woman! Don’t

even go near the door of her house.  You will lose your self respect and end up in

debt to some cruel person for the rest of your life.  Strangers will get your money

and everything else you have worked for. When it’s all over your body will waste

away.. (Proverbs 8-11a CEV)

Stay away from adultery.  It will cost you.  What more can I say?  How many men and women  have lost their entire lifes’ work, their financial assets through divorce?  An attorney ends up with their hard earned money….  Robin Williams was the latest example of that.  He divorced one of his wives.  He had to sell his lovely Napa Valley multimillion dollar mansion and estate.  

It depressed him so bad he committed suicide.  I have heard horror story after horror story of men who ended up desperate after divorcing their wives for another woman.  How tragic.  We do reap what we sow in life.  Too bad Solomon couldn’t take his own advice, huh?  He not only destroyed his life, but eventually the life of his whole people through his pagan gods associated with his sexual sins.  How rampant today in America is the sin of Solomon?  Society seems to think it’s ok.  It’s not.  Divorce lawyers make a mint on adultery.  How evil, to have a whole industry making money on sin.  Women need to watch out and run away from these men looking for adultery.  May we not fall to that sin, God protect all of us.  Amen.
