And He (Jesus) withdrew Himself into the wilderness and prayed.  (Luke 5:16 KJV)  And it came to pass in those days that He went out to a mountain to pray and continued all night in prayer to God. (Luke 6:12 KJV)

"Prayer is the best antidote for stress and pressure." Chuck Missler says in his study of Luke 5.
Chuck says we always see Jesus withdrawing for prayer.  He says if Jesus needed to pray so much then how much more you and I.  We all need to pray more.

Jesus replied, "The Scriptures say 'You must worship the Lord your God and serve only Him." (Luke 4:8NLT)
